hair
My Hair is blonde and curly. If you haven't noticed :P. I love my hair and lots of people say they wish they had it. I just found out my whole group is now writing about my hair. :O So I am kinda weired out but any way. It takes me a while to dry my hair. I have like two products I have to put in it and if it is flat 3! I know it sounds crazy but my hair is still frizzy after everything!!! Sometimes I don't like having so much to do with my hair so I either straighen it or put it up in a pony or bun. I love my hair!

Mary Poppins Respones
Imagine when the wind picked up and you saw a woman floating with an umbrella. What would you think of? Who would you think of? In the story “Mary Poppins by P.L. Travers” you will see it all from floating men in chairs to cleaning your room with the snap of a finger. Although this is a funny movie with a mean dad it still follows the plot line, symbolism, and purpose of romance.
Even though the part where Mary is floating with her umbrella is one of my favorite parts, the part that first tells me that Mary Poppins is romance is that the banks family lost their Nanny, and then Mary comes. Also the story is totally unrealistic, such as people jumping into a sketch of chalk on the sidewalk and singing pigs. The dad is the evil in the story and he is strong and the kids are the good who is weak. The dad (Mr. Banks) in the beginning was very mean and rude, by not letting the kids put out their own flyers and always worrying about work. He was mean to his kids and the kids always wanted to spend time with their dad and he never did so the kids just thought their dad hated them. This in the end was not true because he shaped up and became nicer and more fun. In addition to the dad being rude, Mary was the opposite, she could do no wrong which was good considering how the kids shaped up when Mary was there.
Besides the fact that it was unrealistic and Mary could do no wrong there was also some key symbols that stood put to me that Mary Poppins is romance. One of the symbols was white doves flying in the sky just like you would see at a romantic wedding. Baby animals were shown in the scene with the singing animals in the fantasy, pastel colored land that Mary, the kids, and Bert entered, such as ducklings. Also when all of them came home from the pastel world, there house was luxurious and they kids room was so cool how the toy room was inside their room.
With big rooms and singing animals there is a purpose too. One of the purposes is escapism. If you don’t know what that means it means to take you to a place that is enjoyable or pleasant. Mary Poppins is one of the most pleasant people I could name. She was nice and could handle tough situations very well. Also Mary Poppins is a family movie with no swears or profanity so it was both enjoyable and pleasant. Also if something takes you to a world of innocents, it may sound weird but it is very pleasurable. It just means to take you to a place where there is not stress and the world is ours you can do nothing wrong.
If you haven’t seen Mary Poppins I would recommend it to any family with kids any ages. My great grandma who is 97 says she loves that movie that she has seen it. If you haven’t seen it, quick run to the nearest movie rental like Redbox or a Block Buster and go and get it to watch with your family on family movie night with some popcorn. Pump it up
Carson and I said we are going to go to pump it up over christmas vacation. I don't know if it will happen but I hope. I don't even know if I can go or still go to pump it up but I hope I can. If you don't know what it is you are missing out. It is just A bunch of bounce houses and stuff and it's so fun. Also it may be for little kids but it will be fun. :)

Christmas
Every year for Christmas my entire family comes over it's like 25 people, sometimes more. I always have fun but the cleaning before the party stinks because my mom always says she wants the house looking nice for family to come over. First we all go to church together and then we come to my house until like 2am!! I am always tired in the morning because I get up early and wake every body else up so we can open presents from "Santa" and family and friends I am so excited for Christmas this year. For one reason is because my dad said he has a surprise for me for Christmas and I have no clue what it is going to be. Christmas is going to be very fun and interesting this year. :) What are you doing on Christmas???

Windy Day
It was a windy day when the man crossed the road and went into the bus station. The sun was setting, all the oranges, reds, yellows, and bright pinks looked beautiful with the man’s blonde hair and bright blue eyes. He went up to the clerk selling the tickets, “One ticket from Chicago to New York City please” said the man. “No problem” said the clerk, handing him the bus ticket. “ It’s going to take like 15 minutes before the bus come so just hang tight and you are welcome to take a seat in the chairs to your right” the clerk explained. “Thank you I can’t wait to get there it will be my first time in the Big Apple.” “You will have an amazing time I grew up around there and I loved it” exclaimed the clerk. “Awesome I hope you are right” said Bill. “If you don’t mind me asking what your name is” asked the clerk? “Oh sorry I am Bill and you are?” “I am Carly, nice to meet you and I think I hear your bus” while flicking something at him. Bill picks up the note and then says “Thanks” and gets on the bus.
Bill gets on the bus and gives the bus driver the ticket and sits down wondering what was in the paper. He unfolds the paper and it has ten numbers on it, it reads: 262-555-0011. He takes out his phone and dials the number not knowing if it is a cell phone or what. Hey I thought I might get a call from you said the person on the phone. “Is this Carly” asked Bill? Who else would it be of course it is Carly” Ok thanks for your number I have to go now I have work to do” said Bill. “Cool what are you?” I am a Doctor, a rich doctor” “Awesome, ok bye-bye” said Carly. He sits down opens up his computer and starts to work.
He now arrived in the Big Apple. Bill checks into his hotel and then he grabs his wallet and goes out on the streets. Bill is amazed at how many people are there and how big it is. He sees homeless people, families, and lonely people shopping on the street. He goes into his first store and there is Carly. “Hi what are you doing here” He asked shocked? “I am here to see you let’s go shopping” “All right, let’s go.” They went shopping for hours and then they went to Wicked the musical. “How did you like the show?” Carly asked. “It was awesome!” “Great I think so too” Carly responded. “I have to go back to my hotel now it was nice to see you again.” Said Bill. “Nice to see you too but I thought we would go out for dinner. What do you think?” Carly explained. “Sure lets go to Giordano’s Pizzeria they have the best pizza” Said Bill.
The couple arrives at Giordano’s by subway and then walking the rest of the way. “All right lets order” said Carly. Bill orders and says “We will have a thin, 3 meat pizza, ham, bacon, and sausage, medium please.” “All right that will be $24” Bill hands the employee the money and they sit down. They see a man dresses in all black, looks like a private investigator, staring
right at Carly. Bill gets up and talks to him, he gets up and leaves without saying a word. He stands outside the window and stares at Carly. They get there pizza, eat, and leave. The man is gone. Bill goes back to his hotel and leaves Carly at her hotel without the man in sight. Carly goes and calls Bill right after he drops her off Carly says “That man is in my hotel room I’m in the closet I don’t know where he-“…………… beeeep. The line went dead! “CARLY…CARLY…CARLYYYY????” Bill exclaimed. He goes to Carly’s hotel and she wasn’t there. Bill goes looking for her. He looked everywhere could not find Carly. He went back to his hotel and called 911. “A man in all black to a girl named Carly.” “Where did you last see her?” At her hotel the Plaza. “Ok thank you”

He got home and could not stop thinking about Carly. He gets a phone call saying that she was found and was completely fine! Carly said a guy was in her closet hiding when she was on the phone and he came and took her and then the private investigator found her and turned Carly in to the police. Bill was happy and they all lived happily ever after.

Chocolate! (YUMMY)
Many people think it's crazy but I don’t like a lot of candy. I only like milk chocolate only! No Sour Patch Kids, no Sweetish Fish, no nothing. Besides york peppermint patties, they are dark chocolate with mint in the middle. They are yummy, but that is the only non-milk chocolate candy i like. My brother says I'm missing out. But I'm only missing out on cavities and trips to the dentist and I do not like going to the dentist's. My favorite candy bar is a Score Bar or a Heath they are practically the same thing. They have toffee and chocolate and they are so yummy. Call me crazy but I don't like a lot of candy. I am just fine with fewer cavities and my chocolate. Just milk chocolate though. I am not a fan of dark or white chocolate. :)

Halloween Dance
Tonight is the Halloween Ball! I am soo excited! I am going to be a mime with a white face a really red lips! I was a mime for a costume party and i didn't talk for like a hour That was so hard! It ws fun though. I am wearring a dress that was accutaly my moms. It has sholder pads! haha it is kind of ungly but perfect for a mime! What are you going to be? I hope you love my costume tonght. School Basketball
I love basketball! I play select, rec, and school basketball. We practice everyday after school until 4:45 and My coach is Mr. Giese.We have my first school ball game today against Slinger :o. I want to win so bad, not only because I always want to win but because last year my brother played Slinger and they were mean. Also they were purposely tripping, elbowing, and just over all hurting mason (my brother)and his team and not by accident on purpose. they would grab mason and through him down, no foul, through elbows, no foul, then when mason tried to defend him self, foul number 22. we got so mad the refs were horrible. Even though we won we were all super mad. Mason had a head ache and aches all around his body after that game. I hope I win super bad. Not just for revenge but so we could possibly take first place. We have three plays and they are difficult, but we will win. Wish me luck in my game tonight!

Patriotism
Does Patriotism still matter? Patriotism does still matters because you have to love your country and not just because you have freedom, also because we have thousands of soldiers fighting for our country as we speak. Although the amount of patriotism has decreased throughout the years it’s still important to love, support and defend your country.
My Grandpa Giordano was in the Vietnam War and he was training when they told him he only had one lung and they had to take him out of the war, but he was in training still. But my Grandpa Boesl was in the Korean War and he was in there for two years. He handed out equipment and he was in the medical field for a little bit of the time. I have asked them before and they said it was kind of fun but It was scary every day. My grandpas are patriotic they celebrate Fourth of July and they both go to schools for Veterans Day, Also they love their country very much. The Korean and Vietnam wars aren’t the only past wars there are also World War 1 and 2, also the civil war. There have been many wars and thousands of people have died over the years but you have to love and defend you country.
The war that has been going on since 2001 is the War in Afghanistan. Hundreds and may be thousands of people have died in that war. It was launched in response to September 11th in 2001, and the war started on October 7th 2001. Before this war there have been seven wars in Afghanistan. I would not want to live there; I would be afraid that another war would break out and kill me. I think war is very important. People don’t respect them as much as they should, they fought for us and they could have died and we should respect those people lots.
I know someone in the Air force as I speak. His name is Mike Igielski; he builds bombs. When he was training he made honors in basic training that means that he did more than he needed to do. And for that he was the element leader for basic training. That means he gets to boss the other people around. Right now he is stationed in Las Vegas. His cousin and his wife are all in the Air Force. The last Igielski that was in the military or Air Force before Mike was also named Mike Igielski. When I heard that I just had to laugh I thought that was so cool.
I hope my speech has changed your mind about Patriotism and how it matters. To firm things up a little bit. Patriotism still matters because you always have to love, defend, and support you country. Like I mentioned before Patriotism has decreased. If you ask anybody they will most likely no at least one person that was in the war. But if you ask someone if they know someone in the past two or three wars I don’t think everyone would. Even though Patriotism has decreased you always should love and support you country when you can. Patriotism is a big part of keeping a country united and I feel U.S.A is United enough even with the decrease in Patriotism.

my mom is in the hospital because she might have sprained or broke her ankle and is getting x rays right now. she did it at work and said she herd a crack! Ouch!
